Days Inn is conveniently located near Clifton Hill. The staff were approachable and friendly. The property was clean. The only problem that we encounter was the internet connection and t.v. We stayed on the 6th floor and the wifi and t.v was not good. But, overall, it was a nice play to stay and surely we'll come again.

Our stay was excellent, with the only real critiques being very poor Wi-Fi and the heating was difficult to adjust,as it was a bit complicated. The personal service was excellent on all levels.

The service is excellent! Every time we visit Niagara we stay at this Hotel. We love it! The pool was a little cold this time time around, but we still had an amazing stay!

Disappointing Stay – Overpriced & Poor Maintenance** I recently stayed at this hotel near Niagara Falls, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While the location is convenient—close to the falls—the overall stay was marred by several issues. First, the **washroom had a clogging problem**, which was not addressed promptly despite reporting it. The **WiFi was unreliable**, making it difficult to stay connected, especially frustrating given the high pricing. Speaking of pricing, the **rates are unjustifiably high** for the quality offered. The property clearly needs **repairs and upgrades**—peeling paint, worn-out furniture, and general neglect were evident throughout. The only redeeming factor is the **proximity to Niagara Falls**, which makes it a last-resort option if everything else is booked. However, I would **not recommend** staying here unless significant improvements are made. There are better-valued options in the area. **Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) – Poor value for money.**

Hotel close to restaurant's and attractions. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was bigger than expected. It was bigger than most rooms that I pay 3 times as much. Very clean. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends.

This is my new favorite hotel in the falls. The price is perfect. The service was amazing. We got into town early and they let us check in at 1pm and they upgraded our room for free. The room was clean and smelled nice. The bathroom had Dove body wash and Dove shampoo and conditioner. Lots of towels. Beds were cozy and clean. The hotel is walking distance to Clifton Hill and all the amenities. The pool was big and the perfect swimming temperature and clean. The area is actually super quiet for being so close to all the chaos. We didn't hear a peep from any of the guests either.

The wallpaper was peeling off and the room heater cover kept falling off when on waking us up at night

The staff was wonderful and kind. We had returned late in the evening and the parking lot was full, we went to the front desk and they had a parking spot for us to park for the night, it was really nice, they were kind and courtous . I would difinitely recommend this hotel.
