Room was very spacious and staff were very friendly. Checking was very easy and simple. We had service dog and they were very supportive of having service dog.

A great hotel for a few nights stay. Rooms nicely decorated and the beds are comfortable. Convenient to have secure parking too.

As we visit this hotel every year at the same time we can judge what changes have been made. The staff were great as usual, the breakfast were really good but only having one coffee machine is not a great plan when you have so many people staying. The daily room cleaning is by request only now which previously has been done daily as standard. Looking forward to staying again next May 2027.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing for €19 each. Was woken by crying children outside our window at 6am. Lots of banging about from the rooms above us at 4 am. Loud music and shouting from the car park in the early hours. Was ment to be a relaxing break but we've both come back absolutely shattered. Staff very helpful.

My room was clean but very basic, I guess you get what you pay for. Staff were very helpful and provided hot water for tea in the morning even though I hadn’t booked breakfast, which incidentally was very expensive. Free parking to the rear and rear access made unloading very easy. The decor was a little tired and carpet look like it had had its own battle of Waterloo! Talking of which, Waterloo, is a very smart and has an air to it that is very pleasant. I only managed to ride through it but will return to walk through and visit the museum, shut on Mondays. I visited the Waterloo battle site and museum there….truly worth going to, it is excellent.

It was great. Very comfortable and clean. I would suggest bed bug covers on the mattress for protection. Although I didn't see any bugs, you never know. Also, I wish there had been a way to heat up a cup of water for myself in the room.

The hotel was clean and in a convenient location, but overall felt very basic and minimal. While I wasn’t expecting luxury, I was surprised that even simple amenities like a coffee maker were missing from the room. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and don’t mind a very standard, no-frills setup, it might work. But for the price, I expected a bit more comfort and attention to detail.

Loved the staff - very helpful especially Saad the bartender. Showed us how to navigate the bus and train schedules and gave us great suggestions on places to eat. Only drawback was no air conditioning. Coming from the US- it’s something we are not used to which made it difficult to sleep the first few nights. Saad was able to get us another fan which made things better

Quite hotel.. easy to park a truck, good dining options

The hallway carpet is dirty and stained. There was a lingering odor in the whole hotel.

Nice hotel and nice selection at breakfast. Some of the linen had stains and there wasn’t even tea and coffee to have in the room. It was a bit sparse all in all.
