Excellent for one night stay. Convenient for Airport. Very clean and comfortable. Good value for money

Hotel rooms are smaller and a bit dated but the staff and the restaurant are excellent. Had steak and duck. Great beer and wine choices. Great bar tender.

No restaurant, no room service and no shuttle pick up available for my stay—these are not available on holidays, apparently—Expedia should be more upfront about this in the booking process as I would have chosen a different location had I know.

It was a great disappointment that the steak house was not open on a weekend. That had been one of the drawing cards for your hotel. In fact, there was NO food available. This should have been made known to us when we made the reservation

Alexandra on the front desk was brilliant! Went out of her way to help us with our requests, personal and professional manner, friendly and knowledgable. All the staff were great but Alex was fantastic. Great room and facilities for an "airport" hotel. Would recommend in a heart beat

Close to Airport but would not give me points for the Holiday inn

Tout était très bien et très propre. Pensez juste à demander dés votre arrivée l'arrêt de la ventilation dans votre chambre si, comme moi, ce bruit continu peut vous empêcher de dormir. Service très agréable.

I was for a short hour. I do not know much. The receptionist was excellent at the arrival.

clean, friendly last minute notices of no shuttle for airport in the early morning and the restaurant was closed for the hours I was there.

Hotels are limited in Toulouse. This one is near the airport and requires a 5 minute walk to the rail system, a 20 minute ride to the metro and a 5 minute metro to reach city center, but it costs less that 4 euros round trip. The room was as described and met our needs. That's really what a hotel room is supposed to do.

Super helpful and friendly staff - ideal for pre-flight stay

Overall the Hotel is quite nice. We all slept pretty well for a 1 night stay and it’s a decent place. My main gripe is that the day before I got an email saying the airport shuttle wasn’t running on the weekends (with no further explanation or apology). So I had to pay an extra 20 euros to get a cab with a grumpy driver. Given it is an Airport hotel it’s a bit poor to drop the shuttle service.
