Beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean ! The room are huge and luxurious. Biggest hotel room I’ve ever been in. Very comfortable.

I had what was classed as a basic room however I wish all basic rooms were this comfortable. It was large and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The desk was large and equipped with nearby power. The WiFi was excellent in the room and throughout the complex. The bathroom was the highlight. Large Bath, great water pressure and good hot water temperature. Room also had an Nespresso machine and provided two capsules per day. Free bottle water. I really enjoyed my stay here

Everything was great. Only bed was not big, but still standard.

Lovely clean hotel with a good restaurant . Comfortable bed and very clean. Only stayed one night but would definitely return. Highly recommend.

The lack of airconditioning was terrible and made it hard to sleep. That said, our hotel room itself was very nice.

The hotel was very nice, a little dated but in a nice design. The biggest disappointment was that there are no tea or coffee facilities in the room. Also there was no bottle of water supplied free of charge, which I have come to expect in most German hotels. Otherwise, the staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

Beautiful grounds, near the city of Cologne. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The buffet breakfast was good but I thought $15 euros was aa little high. I would stay there again.

Lovely hotel for a good price. Friendly and helpful staff and good food. It seemed that there was no climate control possible in the hotel room as a small minus.

Business stay so functional use of the hotel. Overall very nice but lack of a/c when temperatures hit 30c+ during the day and low 20s at night made for uncomfortable sleeping

Staff was friendly. Room was okay, but not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Antique furniture was a nice touch.

We stayed here because of an early flight the next morning. The room was clean, new, and spacious. It even came with a crib for our daughter. 8 minute drive to Bonn Airport. I would like to stay here again sometime and actually use all the amenities (spa, golf course, etc). Wonderful experience.

Hotel staff very helpful & friendly & all speak excellent English . Very good breakfast. Room very comfortable. Leisure facilities limited as sauna not available before 4pm. A little remote without own transport

Wonderful, older hotel with character in a small town amidst agricultural fields and adjacent to a golf course. Room size was unusually large for this price range in Germany. Very tasteful and appropriate room furniture decorations, not the run-of-the-mill hotel things. Fast, wireless internet in the guest rooms. Beautiful court yard and outdoor seating for eating and drinking. Great walks available in the surrounding area right from the hotel. Service was very attentive by good English speaking staff. Among the best breakfast buffets I've had in Europe. One major caveat emptor: guest rooms not air conditioned. On one night of my stay after a hot and humid summer day, sleeping was very uncomfortable.

Short overnight stay, good breakfast and internet - I needed and I got.

Whether business or pleasure I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Whilst out of the way, the quality of the staff food and rooms more than compensate. For the English who are not to sure on etiquette, the wellness is mainly towels only.

the exoerience was very good , the hotel rooms is big clean well furnished (i'm an architect specialized in interior design) , breakfast is wonderful and the outdoor view is fantastic during your meal , the spa was not as i expected at all , the sauna wood is so old , tempreature isn't adequate , gym is poor in machines , no steam i think , spa layout isn't well desined . hotel location isn't far from clogne down town , but the hotel shuttle bus is expensive (40 euros) but u can take hotel shuttle bus to the train station (10 euros) then the train to cologne will cost u 2.4 euros which means that the total trip will cost u 12.40 instead of40euros . internet wireless wasn't working in the rooms , so i had to take my laptop to the reception area to get connected. staff is very helpful and nice . the overall experience ... i was happy , in summer of course i would be happier.regards

We took a chance and booked this hotel for the week. It was phenomenal! From the helpful staff to all the amenities. The location was very close to everything even the airport but we never heard a thing. Great for jogging, biking or just waking. Close to shopping and lets not forget the unbelievable breakfast. You will love your stay and expect more than what I have already told you. You will not be disappointed. Oh and bring your laptop no extra charge for that either.5 Stars for sure:0) We ill be back.

Hotel perso nella campagna. Nonostante abbia fatto il check in on line (richiesto via mail dall’hotel) perso più di 15 minuti al consierge per avere le chiavi delle camere. Al ristorante sono stato “inseguito” dal cameriere perché non trovava (sul sistema) la mia carta di credito: al check in la “brillante” impiegata aveva messo la mia carta di credito sulla camera di mia moglie… Nel pomeriggio non c’è stato modo di fare un riposino per il gran vociare dei dipendenti dell’hotel e del ristorante che facevano baccano sulla corte interna su cui affacciano le camere. Quattro stelle superiore, ma nemmeno un frigo bar in camera.
