Perfectly suited our needs for a one-night stay. Breakfast was great and everything was clean. Plus, it was centrally located for where we went in Arlington and Somerville.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, comfortable and clean, plenty of parking options and the breakfast was delicious!

It was great other than a family of toddlers screaming and running down the hallways at 6am waking us up, and other times of the day. I texted the front desk but not sure what can be done with unattending parents.

My husband was cold when the heating system blew cold fresh air.

The property location was great - relatively quiet neighborhood and safe. The room was updated and had all that we needed. Breakfast was ok - the hot food wasn’t the best. My biggest complaint was housekeeping - we stayed for 6 nights and the room was cleaned once. We were told they would come by every other day. The one day they did show up, there wasn’t much done - just fixed the bed and replaced a few towels. The elevator was also broken for more than half our stay.

The indoor parking was limited and both nights F150 pickup trucks took a multitude of spaces. Trucks should have to park outside.

Elevator was past inspection and broke. The was trash and cereal under the bed.. The thermostat didn't actually control the heater. I will not be staying again.

When we search for hotel that’s pet friendly we think we’ve done everything we need to. Then when you check in they make you fill out xtra pet policies and pay an extra $75 for one night. Pet owners are more diligent than people are. I don’t see xtra charges for children? Otherwise, the stay was wonderful

I liked the proximity to the town. Easy to walk to areas of interest. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was well done. However the rooms of choice were booked well in advance so I couldn't get a room with a king sized bed which is what I generally try to book. This is a dissatisfier which may cause me to look elsewhere. Front desk staff (Michelle) very polite and helpful.

Attentive staff, quick and easy check-in and check-out. Rooms with kitchens are great! They have modernized and minimalist approach, which works with room furniture and decor. Morning breakfasts come with lots of options and we looked forward to each morning 😊

The heating system did not work properly, was very noisy and uneven pouring cold air in the room then hot. Very uncomfortable
