EXLECELENT AND ELEGANT

Nice place, clean and helpful staff.

Bridge between buildings and staff

I was with family in 2 bedroom big and 3 bathrooms. It was great experience.

Very spacious rooms and huge common area. It's wonderful for families that are staying for a few days or longer stays. The lounge area is well separated from the bedrooms by a door. Very comfortable for entertaining friends and family. The cafeteria is also very elegant managed by excellent staff. The washer-dryer is not perfect but that's understandable as they were trying to provide the facility with limited footprint.

Hotel staff were great and helpful. Hotel location and condition didn’t meet expectations and what was described on Expedia. Hotel pictures showing city close and mentioning “city view” when city view was miles away and way far from hotel location.

Excellent service. Comfortable place to stay. Very nice staff , understanding and professional. They acknowledge their mistakes and compensate it . Very professional . Thanks to the assistant front office manager.

Hotel furniture is old and looks not clean, chairs cushions were not that clean and has stain. They just need to do some refresh

They have to keep Qaulified staff at the front desk. Night shift Staff not responding our emergency call, he was saying he is aloan on duty, my family waiting for a open a door 15 minutes and i was calling the guy A, but he is total nonsense don't know family importance the cards are not working and i trying to call him from outside of hotel to support my family card is not working and after i reach to the hotel and called again hotel number and asked to Mr. A why you not responding my call my family can't open the door due to card is not responding he was telling me he is busy what a great personality in hospitality service

Very welcoming, clean and accommodating. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and clean space. The suites are very spacious and feel very homey.

I liked the fact that I was able to checkin earlier, the breakfast was delicious, guest service agents were amazing, very attentive, security was always checking and present.
