The location of the Hotel is great as it is near Paddington station. The only bad thing is the hotel staff is very rude (seems like the owner of the hotel as he was wearing informal clothes). For 2 days we were asked by him rudely what 's our hotel room number and said he have to charged us for having 3 people stay in a room while there is only 2 of us. The room is small enough to fit only 2 and we don't have enough rooms to place our luggages! Requested to extend check out time from 11am to 12.30pm (I said around 12.30pm) and he rudely reply"Tell me the exact time"! The only good thing is the price of the hotel is lower. Room rating would be 2 Star.
