Staff was accommodating and provided great customer service

The only elevator had been broken for at least four days and they still hadn’t fixed it.

It was what we needed for a lay-over night. Pool is a little small when there are lots of kids.

It was clean, staff were friendly, but the rooms were small and older.

There was a fake eyelash in the bed and the room stunk of animal pee. We had your room changed which smelled better but there was a used soap and hair in the shower. The ladies at the front desk were very apologetic and nice but it’s not clean. We would not stay again.

Great place! Rooms could use some updates. There was a hole in the wall, the bathroom light glitched in a strobe light fashion, and the toilet seat kept coming off. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly.

The staff were absolutely amazing! We stayed a night so we didn’t have to deal with the rush hour when going to my surgery, and the staff were incredibly nice! I would 100% stay again!!

Stayed for 5 nights. Asked for housekeeping on the 2nd day. The only two things performed was to remove the garbage and then replaced towels by balling up a bunch of hand towels on top of the rack. Asked the next day, never happened, asked on the morning of the 4th day and nothing again. I was then given linens in which I had to change myself. The breakfast was exactly the same everyday and over the weekend the lady who was working the breakfast yelled at my kids when they were getting their own food.y kids are capable of getting cereal and do not need an adult as this lady said they did. Pool was very warm but the steps and shower were broken. Room was fine but was also consistently damp. Not an experience that I would personally go through again and will look elsewhere when traveling back.

Elevator was broken, smelled like cigarette and pot smoke everywhere. We didn’t even end up staying there the second night, we just left. Horrible…

We checked in and were told that there were no working elevators in the hotel and they would not be up and running anytime in the next several days. No one contacted us prior to our stay to inform us of this. Then we were offered rooms on the 3 or 4th floor. We were able to get a room on the 2nd floor after some discussion. I was going to cancel the second night but was told no because I booked through a third party. No dicount was applied for inconvienience. I have back issues and would have booked at another hotel if I had known this was the case.

3rd floor smelled horrible

Great Location to Northtown rinks.

It was a decent stay. breakfast was good. But we had 2 rooms. One was good. The other smelled like fish. It went away after running the AC for several hours. The elevator was also broken. We stayed on the 3rd floor.

Only bad thing was the elevator not working during our stay and we were on the 3rd fl. Breakfast was great and the staff was kind and friendly. Only stayed one night for an event at U.B. it was 4 min away.

The bed was hard, and the room was small

The rooms are cozy! The bedding and linens were clean and bright, and the shower was warm and relaxing. The beds were comfortable, and the refrigerator was large and clean. The microwave worked like a champ. The larger flat screen was perfect for watching YouTube channels, etc.

Close to UB and Airport but quiet inside for location. Room was clean and ready for the guest. Hotel staff, friendly, informative and respectful.

The elevator was broke down but they did give us a room on the first floor. The place had a weird smell.
