Location very close to the Southern Cross Station and bus, easy walks to the CBD area.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facility was perfect.

Bathroom light was flickering, irritating to the eyes.

On the first day the room was smelly but next days was good enough, the location near to the Central Train Station and bust stands and some cafes and convenient stores nearby

The hotel is located close to southern cross station. The location also close to tram on bourke street or collins street. For family, the room is too small, the bathroom is tiny. When we get there the hotel is still under-construction, so some alleys look like a mess.

Good location, clean room, friendly staf. Hopefully, one day I can back to Australia particularly Melbourne.

The location is superb, so close to tramp and Southern Cross Station. Room is clean and enough for two. It is so close to CBD. However, wifi is sometimes poor with 2 days not working. There were some noises from the building renovation. But overall it's enjoyable. I’ll come back for sure.

Hotel location is superb. Just a few mins walking distance from southern cross station and free tram zones, there are plenty of restaurants nearby the hotels. Though the hotel building is old, but overall it was a pleasant stay.

Staff very helpful. But our room at 6th floor, there was a room under construction, the sound was very loud, and the door was not uncovered, very dusty.

The location is strategically located in the Melbourne Central business district, but the rooms obtained do not match the illustrations of standard rooms that do not have proper ventilation.
