Hotel is very convenient to train station and subway station. Hotel site indicates that it is handicap accessible, with elevator. Does not have elevator and there are many stairs to climb. so be prepared with large luggage

Great convenient location next to main train station and metro lines with very friendly staff. Only downside is you hear your hotel guests coming and going later in the evenings.

The hosts were excellent, very welcoming and knowledgeable. Good spot for a quick overnight stay before a flight if you want to be in the centre.

Lots of restaurants nearby and the train station is five minutes away.

Convenient location. Front staff friendly. I seriously slipped and almost fell in the lobby from a wet floor while the person with the mop gave no warning and stood up the stairs watching. The mornings were very noisy with what seemed to be staff talking up and down the halls in loud voices. The one day we paid for breakfast we found it sub-par. Go just outside and get good pastries!

Just your normal budget hotel in the heart of the city, 30m from Napoli Centrale, average facility wise, the only thing standing out is the host Ravi, absolutely brilliant guy!

The location of the hotel is the main asset. It is convenient to the main train station, shopping areas, tour meeting places and dining options. The price of the hotel is quite reasonable if you book early.

We have just returned from a stay in the apartment and it totally exceeded my expectations! It was huge! It was comfortable, clean and the reception staff were lovely and very helpful. Outside the hotel there are plenty of restaurants to choose from, we tried most of them and the food was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located opposite the main train station and alibus (airport bus) stop. We bought the city sightseeing tour from the touts outside the hotel and there is a pick up just over the road so we used this to get around the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially the apartment 👌

This hotel was nothing like photos on website we had one of the older rooms very small. I personally was going to leave when I got there

The hotel was very close to the main stations.it is in a very busy area where there are lots of cafes. There are also a lot of people hanging around doing nothing. The room I was in was quite small but comfortable enough. There was no fridge no tea and coffee facilities and no view. The staff were friendly and helpful. T

Very poor experience. Hotel incredibly expensive for the quality. We stayed for one night whilst on our way to Sorrento, and were glad to be gone so quickly. The room was tiny, nothing like the pictures and felt very unclean and badly cared for. Windows opened up to a busy street so no natural light was possible unless you wanted the world to see in. Area is horrible and felt unsafe at night.

It was a good stay, nothing too spaciuos but it was specifically booked for a night stay so it was what i expected. would defintly recommend because it also has breakfeast included

Stayed for 2 nights, it was good in general for the price/value. Ravi at the front desk was very nice but another female staff with glasses was not! I couldn’t take a shower on the day when I was checking out due to hot water system failure which was awful!

A comfortable place to stay in Naples. Its right next to Naples centrale.

1.The receptions guys very friendly 2.The breakfast excellent, very reasonable price. 3.Room service and maid, very good. 4.Good location, near the train station, store and restaurants. 5.Competitive price. *No elevator* The neighborhood is good, but the government need to do, something with the cleaning of the area, the lights are burned and a lot of homeless.

Excellent location for transportation and dining but not much else to do in the area.
