It was a Marriott charging Ritz Carlton prices without the service you would expect. I paid $13,000 for the week and the bellman didn’t even offer to bring up my bags. I was also charged $9,000 in room charges that I did not make. I ultimately got them removed, but then I saw a charge to my room 3 days after I left the property. I called the manager and told him to take my credit card out of their system.

One of the best Ski In Ski out luxury hotels in the US!

Perfect in every way, and a great place for kiddos. Would go back again and again. Luxury accommodations, world-class service, and incomparable scenic panoramas. Best place to stay around Vail/Avon.

Nice hotel but nothing around it. Would be a great place in ski season. Service is great. Everything is overpriced.

The staff goes above and beyond. The grounds are decorated beautifully during the holiday season and we love the lobby bar w the gatherings around the fireplace.

Beautiful property! Nice gym, pool and outdoor patio. Excellent shuttle service. We enjoyed our stay!

We have stayed at this property numerous times. The food in the club was not good at all. The staff in the club was not very friendly or eager to meet your needs with the exception of the gentleman that came to give you the ski report that has worked there for 8 years. He is awesome. We changed rooms and they could not find our luggage and the girl at the desk was extremely confused and lacked the knowledge to do her Job. It was a very different experience we had as compared to 2022.

Wonderful staff. Everyone was very helpful and went above and beyond to make the experience/stay remarkable.

Beautiful property with amazing customer service

Not worth it the staying. The pool is nothing special and the entire property needs upgrades.

Overall the service was really good. The front desk check in girl needs an attitude check or needs to be removed entirely. Pillows on the bed were no good either.
