Nice staff. Very loud plane sounds all night. Shower pipes made a loud banging sound when showering. Staff was helpful with arranging transportation.

Rooms are a little small

Fast Check in and very courteous customer service. Breakfast buffet was very nice as well. Afternoon snacks and ice cold lemon water.

This hotel is just getting old. Very busy, high volume hotel needs an upgrade. Walls are paper thin and the room doors are super heavy and noisy when they close. Not good for a night's sleep. I will go elsewhere next time.

Nice property, average breakfast

We were all very happy there. Nice, comfortable and clean.

Airport shuttle was on time and convenient. Bed was comfortable. Room had a slight odor i assume from carpet but not sure. We were on first floor which was okay. Air conditioner was a wall unit which seemed dated. Served it purpose for one night.

Everything was okay until I saw the roach in the bathroom. I also prefer a carpeted room.

Really convenient to airport. Great shuttle that took us back to airport to catch the light rail downtown. Only $6 roundtrip to get downtown! Shuttle to airport is free of course. Lots of room at tables both inside and out to bring in food for lunch or dinner. Breakfast was really nice and provided at the hotel. they had a very nice pool the kids enjoyed. Nice and close to the airport. Rooms were clean and sitting area split from bed area so kids kind of had their own room. Gave us more privacy.

It's a decent hotel with the price

Staff was so welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Special recognition to Shar, who was outstanding! Our first room had a horrible odor when the heat was activated. It smelled as though someone urinated into the radiator. It was awful. When we called down to the front desk, we were immediately accommodated with another room. It was acceptable. The staff was so friendly all during our stay, from the front desk to the breakfast room and he super nice shuttle drivers. My friend and I were in town for the Seahawks vs 49ers game and we dressed up like crazy Touchdown Faeries! We had our pictures taken and put on the FB page, which was great fun! We had a lot of fun at the hotel and enjoyed meeting people and staying here!
