Very clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff

Hotel was clean, modern and comfortable. Service was excellent. Front desk employee ,Paul, was amazing, friendly and beyond helpful. There are lots of restaurants & shopping closeby. The Lionel Brasserie in the hotel was overpriced for the quality of meals...eat elsewhere. Pool and gym were adequate. Transportation by bus/ train to Ottawa was easy to use . Bus station is beside the hotel. I would definitely return !

Got food poisoning from the restaurant, was up all night, spoilt my workday.

The beds are too high. I am 4'11". I had to throw myself onto the bed. I could not sit on the edge of the bed. The restaurant food choices for breakfast were too large. no simple choices. we were going to bring a friend for brunch and decided to go elsewhere.
