Staff helpful in securing transportation and tour. Lunch was delicious!

Great location be the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are very small. Location can be difficult. Electrical outlets are limited. Restaurants nearby are mainly just pub style places serving pizza and wine or beer.

Make sure to get the breakfast. 9€ amazing spread. Beautiful views. A little distance from main town annd ports and public transportation can be very crowded dependent on time etc.

Clean room easy access for business purposes.

Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices. Walls were thin, could hear conversations and could hear people walking around, rolling suitcases in the lobby above us. Everything was very clean except for the floors in the main bedroom.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic views of Vesuvius and the harbour. Attentive staff some went over and above some a little cold and hostile but overal god experience breakfast was lovely both hot food and pasties, cakes cures meats cheeses croissants fruit salad breakfast rolls and juices and amazing cappuccinos. Dinner was really lovely . Only downside was the location was a title tricky to get into town and taxis a little pricey. It’s located at the top of a hil. You ca walk to the funicular cable car and get to Mergelina then have to wak to the Metro to connect to the Napoli Centra station. Other down side would have been nice to have a gym and spa on site but we knew this before booking. Clean and lovely rooms that were cleaned daily . Can’t fault it apart from tricky location

It was our 3rd year staying at this beautiful hotel, we were upgraded to a partial ocean view room, the room was clean and welcoming, the air conditioning did not work as well as expected. All in all a great experience.

Staff was lovely. Food was extensive and pleasing.

Lovely hotel with amazing views of the Bay of Napoli and Mount Vesuvius. Clean,comfortable rooms and great breakfast.

Hotel was in a very nice area, and you couldn't beat the view. Room was quite small and with the AC working and barely no fan power, the room was cooking for our two nights there even with the windows wide open.

you have to walk about 20-30 mins (uphill) to access any facilities such as bus stops and restaurants, but except that everything was awesome. Quite, clean, good staff, and awesome breakfast.

Excellent staff. Room well cared for. Meals very well prepared and delicious. In dining room. Alessandro and Maria were exceptional. The desk staff was always helpful and assisted with problems we had getting around.

This hotel was amazing. The views are incredible. The location was a convenient ride to the city center. The staff were all incredible and so friendly. Great experience for our first night in Italy.
