I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The grounds were absolutely beautiful, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The staff were generally friendly and welcoming, but I would like to give special recognition to Diego. He was exceptionally helpful, professional, and genuinely friendly. After learning that I was celebrating my birthday, he went above and beyond by arranging for a complimentary bottle of wine, which was a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. Employees like Diego truly make a difference and enhance the guest experience. My only minor concern was with the front desk staff. While they were friendly overall, I felt they were a little impatient when I asked for clarification regarding some charges on my credit card. As a guest, understanding billing details is important, and I would have appreciated a bit more patience during that interaction. That said, this was a small issue in an otherwise very positive stay. The beautiful property, excellent service from Diego, and overall pleasant atmosphere made for a memorable visit. I would gladly return and would recommend this hotel to others.

We stayed there as we had a wedding in the area. Staff was very accommodating to help us prepare on the day of wedding. For the guests, shopping and food close by. Great place to stay. Will be back again for mini-get-aways.

White Oaks has been around for quite some time, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I assumed it might feel a little dated, but I was pleasantly surprised. The property was absolutely pristine and exceptionally well maintained throughout. The amenities made for a very comfortable stay, from the plush beds and cozy robes to the slippers and in-room Nespresso machine stocked with a wide variety of coffee flavours. These thoughtful touches really elevated the experience. What stood out most, however, was the service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to accommodate guests' needs. It's clear that guest experience is a priority here. I visited on a weekend when the hotel was completely booked, which speaks volumes about its popularity. If you're planning a stay, I would definitely recommend booking early. A wonderful stay from start to finish, and I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Friendly and clean

This was our second time staying at White Oaks. The staff is always so hospitable and friendly. Close to shopping and the areas outside around the resort are stunning and well kept.
