Wonderful place. Some renovations seemed to be going on and the pool water has an odd treatment that is a little irritating on the skin. Be aware of extra court fees tonuse the facilities. The room rate only gives yiu access to the area, not use of space or equipment

Terrible overall stay. Would never come back here. The hotel rooms were outdated—one of the worst experiences I've had. Spas were fully booked. All the amenities closed at 6:00 PM. Rooms were freezing when we got there, the heating is from the 1950's and never updated. We asked if they would be willing to upgrade us to a better room and were asked to pay 180$ for a different experieince. For the rate of 316$/night, you are much better off staying at a Marriott on the property at the falls. On the plus side, they did give us some chocolate-covered strawberries to make up for having zero access to any amenities and having a room from the 1950s. Never again.

We enjoyed our stay here. We have come before to shop at the outlets and the location has worked out very well. The pool is nice and we love using the gym too. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. The seasonal decorations were beautiful. The rooms and pool area could use some updating. We will stay again!
