Everything was good.i would like to stay in this hotel again.very satisfied with everything.

Slight issue with bathroom when we checked In but they were quick to move us to an upgraded room. A problem is not a problem when it’s dealt with quickly and efficiently

Parking easy, staff friendly and helpful, room very comfortable, mattress will need replacing soon. A very pleasant stay.

Everything good, except shower - room 55. Very complicated, impossible to set to hand held showerhead only, without water dripping from overhead shower!

The room

It was lovely very clean, friendly helpful and were happy to help with little bit and bobs needed , the grounds are lovely and kept in great order, Sauna was lovely, food was nice, Definitely recommend

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. I stayed in one of the outbuildings and I loved my stay. Clean room, beautiful grounds, the peace and quiet, the warmth of the staff, and the breakfast were really good. I definitely plan to visit again!

Clean room nice location

Staff, amenities, clean room. Amazing building and garden.

Didn’t eat breakfast in the dining room. Ate dinner and lunch in restaurant. The property was nice and clean and staff very accommodating and attentive to all our needs. Excellent parking. Would definitely stay there again.

We always enjoy our time at the hotel. The main reason for this is the fantastic hospitality and professional staff.

Clean and friendly, and a nice restaurant for dinner. We stayed in West Lodge Park Hotel for old time’s sake, as we used to live in London and attended a dinner+concert series there. It’s on a charming country-style estate, run by the same family, near Cockfosters Underground Station. So it’s within easy reach of central London. Trent Country Park next door has great walking trails for humans and dogs. West Lodge is a bit tired, but may be doing some renovations.

Lovely hotels with fantastic grounds, lovely staff that were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will return if we are in the area.
