Air condition was very weak. Room never got below 24.5' C, even overnight. He the kOtherwise, the property was fine

Excellent hotel if you are traveling to Sevilla, and the front desks associates were extremely nice and helpful and provided different tips and restaurants and places to go.

It is a great location with many dinners options close by. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room is clean and the food was great.

While very clean and with a helpful staff, this hotel is proof the modern doesn't equal comfort.

Perfect place for a vacation. The only negative is that the bathroom hooks are not for shoet people in mind. 😆

The location of the hotel is average. I had to walk at least 15 minutes or more to get to the major attraction points. The rooms were clean and fine for a single traveler. The Hotel shut down the air conditioning, the reception told me they cannot do anything because they do not provide air conditioning during Dec and I can open the window to control the temperature. It was noisy to open the window. I could not sleep properly for the 5 nights i booked a room in this hotel. I will not stay there again. I have filed a complaint at Hotels .com. They have not provided a resolution yet.

Location was perfect. Rooms were very clean and we liked the breakfast.

We stayed in an mini suite, it was perfect for a 2 night stay. We appreciated the mini fridge.

Very nice modern and clean rooms. Parking is possible at the hotel but the fees are a bit expensive due to the location in the city centre. The pool area is nice but more shade spots would be better and it is a bit crowded due to the size of the pool. Overall great experience and would come back.

Weird smell coming from what they said was air con, extended through whole property. Everything else was ok, definitely clean and fine and a solid 3*. The check in process could have been a bit better and the elevator is literally so slow and hot.
