Myself and other family member didn’t sleep at all because we could hear the dog next door howling/ bark all night!

Very disappointed.. the pool wasnt open, the room was dirty, the kitchen sink smelled bad, the bathroom sink was leaking and a buildup of calcium on the taps. Under the couch was filty with dust and crumbs. No chairs to sit to the table to eat. Dirty smudgy windows

The bed was so conformable I slept 8 hours

It was ok, old hotel not fully updated. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was poor rest all was good

The shower didn’t work. Couldn’t get the water temperature/pressure regulated for a shower strong enough to get any water coming out of the shower head. So thought I’d have a bath, no plug for the tub nor the sink

The hotel was under renovation.The front desk staffer on the 27th locked the door at 7 PM, which is absurd. The room was basic but not better. The TV reception was iffy. The continental breakfast was better than I expected.

Staff and room were good. Pet friendly is a huge plus! However, need outside green area.

The room phone started blowing up at 5am, smelled horrible and ahad a non existent smoke alarm

Cracked tiles in the wash room and cracked bath tub, Pool not functional and wasn't mentioned in the info page - coffee maker wasn't cleaned at all - found old coffee bag in the coffee maker and lot of dirt in it

What a dump... dirty, entire place smelled like cigarette smoke - halls, rooms, lobby. Furniture in disrepair, couldn't sit in the chair, was broken.... toilet wouldn't flush properly. The safety latch on the door was falling off... Seems to have a lot of unhoused people staying there...

The place could use some updates. Even some minor damages could be fixed around the room. It does reflect in the price which is fair. A lot of construction going on around the pool (I assume they’re just getting ready for pool season). The patio door in the room doesn’t latch or lock but they do have a piece of wood to keep it closed. Sheets are clean and they have mattress protectors, bed is comfy. AC works, TV works, alot of the plugs are damaged around the room. Not a bad experience due to the cheaper of hotels, it’s on the main strip. Looking forward to see what breakfast looks like in the morning.

The staff were excellent. However, nobody has changed the garbage pail at one of the back doors. It reeks

Don’t know about all the other reviews but my experience with the property and staff was pretty good. Anushtup was over the top for his excellent service and he answered all the questions i had. The bar is fun to watch games and have some good time with local crowd overall a good experience
