Excellent price. Large quiet room. Nice staff

Always a great place to stay. The room we were in this time didn't have a working fireplace though.

Very spacious last min booking and I loved it I wished we had stayed longer I ♥ it the bed was comfortable the parking was small and probably needs more parking slots but other then that the front desk service was great the room was spacious and cute

Our room was dirty. There was hair in the bed, floor hadn't been vacuumed, bathroom floor hadn't been swept or mopped, sink hadn't been cleaned, shower hadn't been cleaned. When brought to their attention, all that was said was "sorry."

Beds will need to be changed out in a few months. Loved the size of the room, the fireplace, large bathroom. Great experience, very pleasant gentleman at the front desk. Thank you!

The photos posted definitely do not represent what you get with your stay. I know it’s a small town Inn, but we were not impressed. Room was not clean when we checked in. Had hair in the bath towels, on the floor, etc. Our fireplace did not work, which wasn’t a problem but just pointing out. Don’t know how they have an 8.8 Hotels.com review. Our “view” was a weed invested lot that my kids called a junk yard. Would not stay here again.

Sai at the front desk is a class act-thoughtful, friendly and focused. Great room as always as well. Easily the best place on Munras and to be honest better than some far more expensive properties on The Monterey Peninsula. That it has the audacity to be so affordable is just a bonus.

Our room was very spacious with fireplace and great lighting, very quiet with black out curtains. Very close to nearby tourist areas like the aquarium and warf, we will be staying here again on our next trip.

The room was beautiful, large and clean, but the parking fills up here and some spots are very small and difficult to park in. Other than that, great experience!

Room was clean…or so we thought. Folded bath towels had multiple long black hairs. There is no visual “hot” or “cold” on the shower dial except for two sharpie marks marking where the water was decently warm but not hot. Parking is super limited and cramped. We kept smelling weed throughout our stay thanks to two guys on the bottom floor hanging outside their room for hours on end into the night. Not typically a problem but we were there as a family.

Just a 24 hour in Monterey, but this accommodation more than met our needs. Large, comfortable room and a working fireplace. Lots of ample natural light from large windows. Excellent front office/customer service. No charger parking! Recommend!

This was a wonderful surprise. The room was super clean and updated and was way better than expected. I would definitely recommend and we will be back

Rented two rooms for two days - one was perfect, the other - containing our friends - had an air conditioner problem apparently with the condensate pump that woke them at 11pm and kept cycling and screeching every 30 minutes or so for the rest of the night, Turning the unit off had no effect. Calling the front desk did no good - no one there after 8pm. Called the emergency number and apparently left a message with no response. Next morning, desk person (apparently doing his best under the circumstances and within his scope of action) moved friends to another room but would/could not refund the room. Eventually he agreed to a 20% discount for the room - which is clearly insufficient for the suffering caused. He indicated that it would be a waste of time to complain to the next level in management.

Excellent location. We arrived an hour early, and they checked us in with no problem. They even upgraded our room, which has a fireplace. The bed is a little soft for our personal taste, but it wasn't a problem. Everything else is excellent.
