Friendly staff

Too far away from the city central and so old. It doesn’t feel good

We love this hotel!! Everybody is so nice. Great breakfast buffet. Quiet, nice beds, perfect location.

Air conditioning was not working in my room on the 5th floor! No room phone, Bathtub was too high for this old woman to step into. I am 73 with knee problems. Only one handicapped room in the hotel which staff said and it was booked. Will not be back.

Visiting family so only used as a base to sleep. Clean and convenient for our needs

A aeroplane themed hotel with comfy beds which was perfectly located for my business trip. Check out the Thai restaurant next door, was tip top

No reception after 11 pm so if your flight is late you will have to sleep on the street!

A/c not working, they don’t clean the room

Room was a nice size but room was very hot and air conditioning unit was mainly putting out hot air despite being on the coolest setting. Mattress seemed very thin as well. Overall services nice and general cleanliness very good.

The property was good near shopping

Breakfast was great and the staff was excellent and very helpful.

I am not going to accept this hotel as 4 star. Its no where near 4 star. In room first of all they dont have fridge no safe locker no cupboard no cattle just 2 bottles of water. Paid parking reception and bar is together.

Pretty rooms, good breakfast, parking garage, friendly staff.

Large room, underground parking is nice with the heat this summer. Didn't like needing to request house keeping if it was wanted, not a big issue. Real nice hotel.
