It was good experience as a first time being in Gothenburg. The staff were friendly and helpful with a great attitude all the time.

Reception staff, breakfast, bar and cleaning staff incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was everything I needed and required, breakfast superb with so much choice, I also had dinner in the hotel one evening, very good. The fact that there was a “go green” label to put on my hotel door was excellent as there was no need for my room to be cleaned every day. A great stay and would highly recommend any Elite Hotel around Europe.

Great hotel and excellent breakfast. Very conveniently located

This stay was ok. When we checked in we were just given our room keys and room. There was no explanation about the sauna or breakfast. There was also no warning about how a film crew would be present just doors down from us and would be disruptive to our stay. This was quite frustrating as we got glares coming out of the elevator and out of our room to do things. Otherwise, we had a fan in the room and were given pillow options to sleep comfortably which was appreciated. The hygiene products were also very nice, but quite thin toilet paper.

Hotel in excellent location could walk everywhere, breakfast very good, nice hotel, basement bar nice touch but had limited menu, rooms a little dated, but highly recommend staying, would stay again

Very happy with the room and location. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Walkable to many sites, shopping, restaurants, and public transport. The breakfast was filling with many options to choose from.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Gothenburg! The staff were extremely helpful during our stay. The breakfast buffet is incredible!! Would definitely stay here again!

Don't book a standard room as some don't have windows that open or very very small windows.

What a great hotel. Front desk top not talent, hope they pay them well. Facilities are quite interesting if a bit quirky adding to the charm. Pub downstairs, let me say Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, if you know, you know. Location quite convenient. Breakfast is quite good and is in keeping with a five star property. Two negatives, which are a bit minor. Shower is horrible, great for a bath, but terrible for showering, quite uncomfortable and a bit dicey to use. One of our rooms had no AC which is not a huge thing as opening the window will sufficiently cool your room, however this is a noisy area. Nonetheless, excellent execution and I highly recommend.

Old fashioned building and the hotel interior is very pleasant, and a old fashioned.

Very clean and great value. The breakfast was very good and many items to choose from.

We were just staying for one night in Gothenburg and found the hotel very easily. It is well positioned and gave easy access to the quayside to enjoy the sunset and the next day we had a lovely stroll around the city, seeing the botanical gardens, shopping centre and taking a boat trip.

Nice hotel in beautiful older building. Great location! Very central. Lovely breakfast - lots of choices etc. the toilet and fridge were noisy in the room and unfortunately our shower bath was not clean when we arrived!
