I had a corner room on the 5th floor. The bed was massive and very comfortable. Lovely quality sheets. Really big room.

Well maintained venue, great breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, in general fantastic.

Liked room. Spacious and clean. Bar area very loud. Had function on and no space for quiet resident drinks.

The hotel looks a bit tired generally and our room had a strange smell as though someone had been smoking in it and used a lot of air freshner to try and disguise it.

We had a lovely stay, the hotel is in an excellent location, all the staff we encountered were friendly and the facilities were outstanding. Room was well equipped and bed really comfy.

Welcoming staff and clean rooms but let down by poor soundproofing between rooms and into corridors. Pool and Gym facilities are good though only open at 6.30am and pool is very small. Very convenient location for the city centre but little disappointed to have to pay for parking onto of hotel stay.

Very hard uncomfortable bed. Buttons in lifts not working, couldn’t access floor 4 in one lift and floor 5 in the other.

Lovely hotel. Clean, big room and lovely staff.

Stayed with my husband we had a lovley time.
