The room was clean and the staff were fantastic

Hugo en recepción es el mejor, excelente servicio. Las instalaciones son un poco antiguas. El aire acondicionado no funciona. La habitación se pone muy caliente, es mejor abrir la ventana. El desayuno no es muy bueno y todos los días sirven lo mismo. No varia. Ubicación es excelente, zona segura, restaurantes y tiendas muy cerca.

A repeat visit to our favourite hotel in Santiago. It has charm and friendliness and is in a safe part of the city within walking distance of numerous cafes and restaurants. Also the riverside sculpture park is an easy walk. The hotel has an extensive breakfast selection with an early start if required.

Creo que nunca elegi un hotel tan mal, la atencion para ser educado voy a decir que era "poco calida", la habitacion con paredes con humedad, el gel de ducha era shampoo aguado, el lector de tarjeta para entrar a la habitacion falla todo el tiempo.. pero lo peor de todo, el WIFI era inexistente... otros detalles el desayuno era desolador!!! Claramente no lo recomiendo ni volveria.. una lastima porque tiene una excelente ubicacion.

Good hotel for the price ! Very good location

This was our fifth stay and from the moment we walked through the doors we were welcomed like returning friends. Thank you Snr. Hugo. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is within walking distance of good restaurants, fine shopping and the sculpture park. Open-top tour busses stop round the corner on their circular city tour. It also has a small, but sufficient, rooftop swimming pool with views across the city to the Andes. Good choice of breakfast with fruit and pastries. The bar has a small outside terrace also. Also good to see the same staff year after year. Hope to return in not too many years.

The location was great. Very close to the Subway and a lot of restaurants and places to go.

Charming hotel. Staff excellent and very helpful with booking tours and directions. Location is very good also. 5 minutes walk to local subway station.

Property is in a convenient location. It is run down and in need of renovation. Staff seemed disinterested and one an older man when we asked a question about Xmas concerts in Santiago rudely said there are none. In other words don’t bother me!! There is no controller for air conditioning in the room. It was in the 90F when we were there! The A/C seemed inadequate. I think for the price there are better hotels in Santiago.

Check-in gentleman efficient and courteous. Remembering us from 3 years previously. Helpful in suggesting things to do and arranging taxis. Will certainly stay here again.

We were very happy with this quiet location close to restaurants and subway.

We booked one night on our own and then met our tour group the next day and night. The front desk allowed us to keep the same room so we didn’t have to move the next morning. Attentive staff.

We had a pleasant stay there and the areas was nice and easy location to go around.

We had some difficulties in meeting up with our group tour. Luckily, Javiera at the reception helped us solve the problems by making many phone calls and checking on the computer. We appreciated her passion in helping clients and her high problem solving skills. I hope all receptionists would have an attitude like her to make the stay of visitors an unforgettable memory.

Hotel is in a very good neighborhood, great shopping, restaurants and supermarket. Rooms are small and a bit dated,service is good breakfast is ok. Second time I stay here and probably would stay again, it is affordable and the location is ideal.

Ok but third bed cost additional two third of double room seems way too much
