Nice location close everything but because is so close is very noisy by night and is very loud during sleep time. It’s cool affordable hotel for 1 night or two.

I had a great time, the beach was a block away and the recommendations from the staff were excellent. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel . We was very close to 5 Avenida and the beach was literally down the streets.. all restaurants and banks all near to this hotel .. my room was always clean . Stuff member was so helpful big shoot to David he was very respectful and help us with a lot of activities we wanted to do .. I’ll recommend this hotel 1000 I’m very happy and satisfied!!! Thank you for everything ☺️

Clean room and good location

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always willing to help and make sure everything was perfect during my visit. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was also fantastic—convenient and close to everything, which made getting around very easy. It made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay overall. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean place with great service in a great location. 😊

Lovely place in a less crowded, nicer part of PC. Loved our room and balcony which had a direct entrance to the pool

Room was clean, towels were very worn. no coffee in room. No ice in entire hotel. Room was cleaned every day, good service. Construction next door starting at 8am and all day.

Friendly helpful staff. Restaurant serves up an excellent breakfast. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pool area is relaxing, with lovely plants. I will certainly be back.

The room was very dated, but very clean. The bed was awful. The pool neded work as well. All of the staff was amazing.

The room was large, very clean with sliding glass door that opens up to a nice patio with access to the pool that is about 10 feet away from the room. I live in Cozumel and travel to Playa del Carmen regularly and out of all of the hotels this is my favorite especially with it's low per night rate. I have nothing but good things to say about this property and it's staff. Excellent choice
