We had a great stay at this Novotel. The location is good with amenities close by and the old town and popular sites around 30min walk. Reception area is modern and clean, staff are very friendly. Rooms are good value, clean and tidy. They aren't as modern as other Novotel rooms, but are well equipped. Breakfast has a good selection of quality food. Other reviews has put this down, we felt is was very good. Although it does get very busy after 9am. The pool area is fantastic and a great addition to this hotel. The rooftop bar is also a welcomed treat. We did find the pool water itself a little cloudy.

Bathroom grout needs a thorough cleaning Washcloth would help Breakfast menu needs lots of imagination and improvement Coffee pots/ French press would be appreciated

Great location, spacious room for a family of 4. Welcoming hospitality and decent breakfast

Staff could be a bit more helpful when I asked about where to park in the city center etc. they kept saying they didn’t know and I got the feeling that they weren’t interested in helping. Other hotels would’ve called around or tried to look up online to get the answers we needed.

Hotel room was too small. Location was convenient and walkable. Breakfast was just ok.

Location suited us perfectly.

Pool open too late. I really enjoyed swimming early but they didn’t have this option. Other than that everything was great!

There is construction in front of hotel and there is not train or bus running. Only choice is Metro or Taxi. The shower is a bit moldy too.

We loved the pool. After a morning of site seeing it was nice to come back to.

Decent hotel. Close to the train station, but not so close to the city center. The area around it is under construction. Overall it’s ok.

The hotel is near the FÚTBOL stadium but quite a distance from the historic downtown. Overall it was not bad and Ubers made it easy to head there and back. The front desk was not super helpful in providing tips on how to get tickets to anything other than say online
