It is a little far from the Grotto and street where the hotel Is located is unlit. But the staff are very friendly and acvomodating!

Service was outstanding, room was clean and comfortable, location was short walks from all of Lordes’ sites and restaurants and shops. A quietly welcoming stay. Nice.

The staff and this hotel were exceptional. They communicated very timely giving exact directional information we were looking for. We highly recommend this place to anyone. We hope they will be happy staying here.

Lovely place. Very friendly owners and staff. We had breakfast as dinner at the hotel on different days and it was very good. Room was good. Separate bathroom and toilet, which was very convenient.

This hotel is a gem. It’s an easy walk to the Lourdes candlelight procession and churches. Make sure to take the elevator instead of walking the entire way! (Ask front desk to find out where it is :) ). Actual coffee cups in the rooms and fantastic bamboo toothbrushes! Breakfast was good and staff extremely accommodating and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Central, and not far from the Grotto, quiet area.

Hotel is easy to get to and close to the local restaurants. Pizza nearby was amazing!

They were very accommodating for our late 9:30pm check in and a very cheerful Thierry greeted us upon arrival. Their buffet breakfast was fantastic, their swiss cheese and ham on croissant was incredible. Lots of other choices, coffee was so good, i probably drank a whole carafe of it. Xavier was very happy to serve us early breakfast as we need to go out early for our trip to Toulouse and Barcelona. Can not say enough of this hotel. Great choice for us. Highly recommended.

Had a very enjoyable stay. Room basic, but very clean and comfortable. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Having stayed there before we were happy to return and whilst a little basic met all our needs. Well positioned and realistically priced . Excellent breakfast available.

Close to the Grotto, parking inside. Breakfast is fine and price is reasonable

A friendly smaller hotel that has everything you need for a good value stay in Lourdes. Just a 10-15 minute walk from The Sanctuary yet in a quiet area of town. We also took a pleasant 20 minute stroll to the Funiculaire du Pic du Jer though there is also a bus stop near the hotel.

Hotel is conveniently located for our trip. We also took advantage of the dinner special which ended up being a pleasant surprise. The food and wine was very good.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very accommodating. This is a family run hotel and brothers Thierry and Xavier were very helpful in giving directions and advising us on the best way to get around town. The night manager Kamel who also very nice and accommodating. The hotel is about a 15 walk to the Lourdes Santuaries and Grotto but also only a 5 minutes walk to the center of town. I would recommend this property if you're visiting Lourdes.
