It fit our need.

The property has a lot to offer

Older section. Musty, doors chipped up , carpet ripped and looked dirty No decorations on the wall though that was the least of our concerns. Staff was very friendly

Affordable accomodation, friendly staff, cafe, pool and hot tub, bit of a walk to main strip where all the action is but their is a free trolley service that stops by out the front of the hotel.

We were creekside and were able to open the balcony door to hear the flowing water all night.

Very good location. Great value for the money considering its proximity to downtown Gatlinburg.

Everything was great, very relaxing sitting on balcony listening to the river just beneath. Indoor pool and hot tub nice. Stayed 2 nights

Only problem was a slow draining tub

Loved that it was pet friendly, and there were a lot of options for hanging out at a pool area.

It was perfect for what we needed!!! Walking to food & shops!!! The front desk was incredibly helpful! They called pryor to confirm our stay! The only downfall but not a deal breaker was parking! But all in great place to stay and we would definitely book again!!!

I like how the hotels has the jacuzzi

We got the wrong room. It was antiquated and doors were splitting. It was clean but needs updating

Me and my husband was there for our Anniversary weekend May 9-11. I must say the room was nice the staff was amazing, transport was amazing overall everything was amazing will be back there on another visit.

Check in was easy. Staff very friendly. Pool was nice. And it had a trolley stop right there. Very nice stay we will definitely stay here again.

Quiet and relaxing. Loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the creek water.

The stay was amazing staff HELPED me and family ALOT view is speechless pool food fun can’t wait to go back loved it

The room was not very clean and very outdated. The beds were uncomfortable. The A/C barely worked and the refrigerator kept going in and out. We thought we booked creekside but we were placed on the court side. You have to walk across the road just to get to the office or the pools. On the plus side the pools are heated which was nice!
