Great place to stay slopeside. Free shuttle makes it easy to get to and from the village. Pool and hot tub are perfect for after the slopes

I was not made aware that reception closed at 5, I arrived at 5:02 because i went to the parking area first. I then had to travel to another property to register. I am glad i didn’t have to walk! The property itself is well situated with a bus stop close by. It is a quiet property with lovely trees surrounding it.

The people inhabiting the unit above us were very noisy and made it seem like there was poor sound proofing between the floors.

We enjoyed the stay in Hortsman House. Quiet and easy accessible by free shuttle, parking included in price. Will stay here again in future.

Parking stall was super narrow. I was lucky, spot next to me was not occupied, otherwise I would not get into my vehicle. No house keeping provided at all, at the end you need to remove garbage yourself:/

Overall, an excellent place to stay with a family. Parking was very cozy but we managed. Nice short shuttle or reasonable walk to the village.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice and quiet.

Easy access via bus to the lifts or village. Quiet location, the rooms had everything required.

Did not like the ridiculously small parking spaces! Did not like the difficulty in going thru three sets of doors to use ski lockers. Do like the property itself that backs up to the woods and the easy to use free bus back and forth to the village.

great stay, very comfortable

I was disappointed with our stay here considering the elevators were broken and we had to carry all of our items up and down the stairs during our stay. It was difficult navigating through the hotel using only stairwells. There was no mention of this prior to our stay. Also I chose to stay here mostly due to the reviews of cleanliness. However, our bath tub had hair in it along with the kitchen plates which really grossed us out.

I was really disappointed as the elevator was out of order during our stay and it was not mentioned on the website when I booked the property, only got the noticed after I booked and paid the reservation. The staff said elevator was not working since November. It was a struggle for me and my husband to bring all of our stuff from the parking to our room, 4th floor with my 2 toddlers. Also the room is fine except it needed a bit of deep cleaning, such as dusting furniture, changing kitchen stuff like pans etc. overall stay is fine but not as great if I compare with my experience with other properties.

Had a blast. Room was huge and well stocked very clean and made my stay in Whistler quite special. Thank you! Cant wait to be back!

Parking lot is extremely small. Elevator was out of service. Guest parking lots are very limited , inconvenient to find. Very unhappy about the stay. Not coming back.

I was looking for a quiet with a nice view of the mountain or the nature. This hotel was what I was looking for. Very calm and peaceful hotel with a cozy lobby area. The room was a one bedroom suite very spacious & clean. The kitchen had all the appliances and whatever you need to feel like a home. I brought my snacks, drinks and food for two days stay and put it in the fridge. The bed which I believe it was a king bed, was comfortable. This hotel also offer a free gated parking which is hard to find in Whistler. It is close to the lake but I didn’t have time to see it. You can get a free shuttle to the shopping centre if you don’t have a car. If you’re looking for a peaceful with kind staff and free parking, I highly recommend this hotel.
