Paid £118 for 1 night and £10 for breakfast and £3.50 for parking so had high hopes. Checking in was fine no issues with the staff bedroom was 162 very very dated, tv in a really awkward position with a fixed bracket so it doesn’t move and again dated tv poor picture etc. no usb/c sockets to be seen so had to go buy a plug. bed was a small double couldn’t open a window as it lead onto a roof with a door so didn’t want any visitors. It was over 30 degrees and there was just a tiny fan with only 1 single socket in close proximity to the bed so had a very hot and sweaty night sleep. The bathroom again very dated with possibly the worst shower I’ve ever used I did slip over in the bath aswell. There was a musky smell when walking around upstairs which wasn’t nice. I had tea downstairs and a couple of beers which was great and the breakfast was also great but the rooms seriously let it down. I am a frequent business traveller across the south west and am looking for a hotel I can frequently stay in but sadly it won’t be here again. No issues with booking meetings and lunch here but wouldn’t stay again.
