Great

We visited the hotel for a 2 night stay in November. We wanted somewhere accessible to where we wanted to visit and within close proximity to transport to the airport. In this case the hotel was pretty ideal. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was better than we expected as in addition to the buffet options (which were varied and lovely) there were also hot options, which for us was perfect. There were vending machines for snacks and drinks, which we were surprised to be very reasonably priced, and also machines to order hot meals or snacks, which we didnt use but were very impressed with. The downside of our stay was that it was very noisy. Our room was at the front of the hotel which was great and the windows stopped all exterior noise, but inside noise was very bad. We could hear banging and clattering from downstairs as staff came in to arrange breakfast, running up and down the corridors which kept us awake, and the lift mechanisms could be heard loudly everytime it was used. This kept us awake most of the first night but it did improve a little on the second. Our room was very small. The twin beds were virtually a double bed as they were pushed together given that there was no room to have them separate. We managed with this only because we didnt have much luggage. The bathroom was tiny. I have never stayed in a hotel with bedroom & bathroom so small, but, for a 2 night city break it did us. Anything longer than that and we would have asked to move.

Very convenient

Room was extremely small. Was definitely not the square meter mentioned on the site. We came with 1 suitcase each and we had literally no space to walk. Only 1 person can fit in the bathroom at a time. Personal not really welcoming. Breakfast was good.

The porters were very hospitable. The hotel is centrally located in a decent environment but the rooms are very tiny with little to no room for movement.

I had a terrible experience on the first night i booked room for 2 nights i asked for a double bed for couple they gave me a room with 2 single beds that was joined toghether all french channels no english channels all in french no point having a tv when there is no channels on there went to reception in morning asked them to change my room for a double bed which they did.i booked 2 nights stay with 2 breakfast i was told i only booked 1 break fast for day and no breakfast for next day when i was charged for breakfast for 2 people for 2 days 2nd day i went downstairs to check out a different person in reception said to me breakfast is ready i told them you lr staff told me i not booked for breakfast for 2nd day thats why i didnt come this morning to have breakfast he said you havr booked i said ok i will eat before i go he told me its to late now breakfast is finishing in 3 mins lack of communication within staff one staff telling you something different other staff different i was charged for 2 breakfast which i didnt have because day before they told me its only for one day

Goed hotel maar een beetje krapruimte

Perfect stop for the Stade De France. Only issue was paid when booked but needed to pay €100 security deposit. I woukd have liked to have been told that in advance.

It was misleading they overcharged for breakfast on the website it states breakfast included

I enjoyed my stay at the Kyriad, Le Bourget. Very quiet and clean surroundings. It’s within walking distance of the train station and the staff courteous and helpful.

Parking ? Sécurisé pour 8€. Sèche cheveux ? Oui. Jus d'orange pressé ? Oui. Calme ? Oui. Personnel très impeccable, très très aimable et clair dans leurs explications.

Despite the Corona pandemic situation. Nice people. Limited service but under the conditions they did well.

Everything was as expected. Clean place, friendly staff. Everything spot on.

It was a pleasant stay. Helpful and friendly staff. Stayed in the hotel twice. I wouldn’t mind staying there again on my next trip. I enjoyed the fact that we had a kettle and complimentary drinks as well as easy access to an iron and hairdryer. Am on the way to book my next stay!

The location was just ideal for our purpose of vi see it. The room was clean. The staff are extremely helpful. The standard room was little compact.

This was the worse place k ever stayed in while in Paris area. Customer service was zero. The front desk was arguing and fighting with customer right in front of me. Rooms were durty. Smell was nasty. Carpet dusty and duty. I will never cine here again. Stay away people.
