Awesome place to stay

Great hotel!!!

A/c didn’t cool well at night. Queen bed mattresses need replaced. 2 average size people in the bed and we both go to the middle. Both beds were that way.

Property was clean and the rooms were comfortable. The only complaint was the lack of cable TV service. The process to connect to the smart TV was painful. Sometimes the device would connect. Other times it wouldn’t. We eventually gave up trying.

Clean room, polite staff.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a busy highway but quiet in the room. Check in was easy and pleasant. Good coffee maker in the room which was nicely laid out and equipped. The adjoining restaurant offered a nice menu range at good prices.

Ac kept the room at a perfect temp for us. Room was clean and fresh.

Room was very clean. The bed was a little soft for my liking.

Really enjoyed our two night stay. Beds were extremely comfortable and great pillows! Room was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Only thing I will mention is the shower pressure. Not enough for me! All in all I would stay again for sure!

I have likely booked more than 25 guest rooms and 6 meeting rooms at the Future Inns by now and eaten more than 20 meals at the Redwood Grill, and I have always been very satisfied with the quality, service and value (and taste..as far as food goes)

I was woke at 3am with loud voices. Police trying to get into get a guest out of a room.

No breakfast

The restaurant they show on picture is not there's, no , breakfast included, no water bottel in room or at reception. Gym has two treadmills both not working , gym is very very small not enough space workout.

Our recent stay was okay there was definitely room for improvement. We stay at this hotel as it is pet friendly and very accommodating. During this stay however we found the customer service lacking. On two occasions the hotel employees did not want to help us with requests. We asked for a fork and was told no forks and then we wasted water on our bed sheets and was told we have no comforters Definitely need to work on helping customers

Room was clean and updated. Blackout curtains, large clean bathroom, with good water pressure in shower, AC worked well, TV provided an abundance of live programming (not Roku). Beds were a bit soft for us, but that is a personal preference. about 500 metres from Costco and many restaurants and shopping options. Overall a great room for the price near downtown Halifax.
