Lovely hotel, very clean, helpful staff, great location.

This hotel is true five star. Pure luxury. My room was large and comfortable. Five star room amenities. The location is perfect and within easy walking distance of the big spots in Budapest. An easy recommend and a solid price value

The hotel was amazing! The staff were helpful, everything was super clean, and the in room dining was great! It was the perfect location to walk anywhere.

I booked this hotel through Expedia, and the reservation process was quick and easy. Before my arrival, I tried contacting the hotel to arrange airport transportation, but I never received a response. During my stay, I experienced a very concerning incident. After taking a nap, I was awakened by someone knocking on my door. I asked who it was, but no one responded. Moments later, I heard someone attempting to open my room door. Thankfully, I had the deadbolt engaged. I screamed and asked again who was at the door, and the person immediately closed the door and walked away without saying anything. I called the front desk to report the incident. I was told they would investigate and update me. When I checked out, I brought it up again, and the front desk staff assured me that management would follow up with me by email. Unfortunately, I never received any update. The hotel itself is nice and in a great location, which I appreciated. However, communication with guests needs significant improvement. Not responding to inquiries before arrival and failing to follow up after a serious security concern left me disappointed. I hope the hotel takes guest safety and communication more seriously in the future.

A good centrally located hotel. The staff were very professional. We had evening meals in the hotel twice and the food was good, although the main course was too much for me. On the next occasion we ate in I had two starters, which was adequate, and the staff were very willing when I asked if this was possible. We had breakfast once, but I really couldn't justify spending so much when all I wanted was some muesli, fruit and a pot of tea. The spa was excellent, and the whole place was kept very clean.

Hotel is elegant with kind staff. Location was amazing. I recommend including breakfast in your stay as it provided everything you could possibly want, and fresh. I might give it a 4 star based on the room being dated but it was clean and sizable which made up for it. I’d stay again.

During the extremely hot weather, with temperatures approaching 40°C, the hotel provides only one very small bottle of water for two people every 24 hours. Any additional water must be ordered through room service at what I consider to be an excessive price. This falls well below the standard I would expect from a five-star hotel. Access to drinking water during such extreme temperatures is a basic guest amenity rather than an opportunity to generate additional revenue. A more appropriate approach would be to provide complimentary drinking water in the lobby, either via a chilled water fountain or large dispensers with glasses or refill stations available throughout the day. This would demonstrate genuine care for guests' wellbeing, particularly during periods of extreme heat, and would be much more consistent with the level of service expected from a luxury hotel.

Beautiful hotel with excellent breakfast variety and professional friendly staff! We enjoyed the location as away from noise and slept through night for the 4 days we were there ! Room service was brilliant and beds shower lovely. Mihaly was an excellent doorman and Daniel the machine gun a friendly porter. Hotel spa is relaxing and worth a visit to relax and room views lovely. About 15 min walk from river but tram etc nearby and taxis cheap. Went to Mazel Tov Kisosk for delicious food and Parisi and anew York a cafe for photos and lunch ! 3 day card for travel useful although taxis cheap and plentiful and uber in use. Thanks Corinthia for an amazing girls trip stay!

Excellent Hotel all round. Staff were great polite and helpful. Facilities are excellent Executive Suite was superb with lots of space.Spa was great for a Hotel and very distinctive style. Executive lounge was a fantastic treat with excellent snacks and drinks. Big thanks to Mike who looked after us so well. All round Fantastic place

Amazing spa. Better and cleaner than the big tourist attraction. Right on tram route so easy to get around when tired of walking. In Jewish quarter.
