My stay started off on a very positive note. Upon arrival I received excellent customer service. The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and accommodating, assisting me with my luggage and making sure I settled in comfortably. When I went into the room and started inspecting it I noticed the bedding was dirty. The front desk clerk changed it without hesitation, which I really appreciated.
Unfortunately, I did experience a few issues during the remainder of my stay. Housekeeping never came by to clean the room or provide fresh towels throughout my visit. When I called to request additional towels, it took over 30 minutes for them to arrive.
More concerning, on my final day, I saw a small roach crawling from the mini fridge when I opened the door. I ended up discarding my food because I wasn’t sure if it had been contaminated. Later that morning, after showering, I saw another roach, this one much larger inside the bathroom. I was able to capture photos of the second sighting and recorded a short video.
Upon checking out, I informed the front desk clerk of what I had seen. He provided me with the managers contact details and I follow up via email. It's been 2 days and I haven't received a response.
