The only thing I didn't like it's that they don't have a gym other than that the manger and stuffing were very good.

The parking garage needs to be much bigger and wider.

We stayed at this location for the Marine Corp graduation. It was super convenient The staff was so friendly. They allowed us to check in early and accommodated all our requests.

Stayed there for our son’s USMC graduation. Staff very informative and helpful. Free breakfast once especially when you leave early to MCRD.

The staff was very professional and the building was in great shape.

Air conditioning didn't work finally was fixed our last night there was mold in the freezer and they claim the pool is heated but it is not

Sorry to say the hotel is very unkept. The room was average at most . The rugs all over the place are super dirty . The laundry room is small and unappealing. They have a leak of some sort on the 3rd floor next to room 325 . Now the area is GREAT and the Staff was super Nice. But management needs to upgrade and they should hurry up.

They charge 20 a day for parking. We requested a crib and they didn’t bother with it. It was missing shampoo in the bathtub.

Check in was swift, no trouble until we inspected our room. Cracked sink, stained tub, some unclean areas, but a pillowcase with dirt on one whole side was something I have never seen. It's like the case had fallen on the ground outside and then put on the bed. That was a bit much, so I took it to the front desk. Attendant Ali offered another room. I asked if they were better or worse, but he remained neutral stating the rooms are all the same. We moved our things to the next available room to find the TV didn't work. Thankfully, Ali was able to add a cable and fix the issue. He did a good job. We settled in to watch TV and noticed the line across the screen, oh well. A few hours later I tried to shower. The drain was slow enough to fill the tub a bit. That's when I noticed white pieces floating around. The tub was peeling!! Good grief. I guess the first room was the "better" option. We don't want to stay, so I contacted Hotels.com to cancel the 2nd night, but of course it's late, manager isn't here so we have to wait to hear back...Only slept a few hours, firm bed with old lumpy pillows. 3RD ROOM IS THE CHARM Although I didn't have breakfast, I wouldn't recommend it. No one wants rubber sausage and powdered eggs you have to drain before serving. My son who eats most things didn't want it. No response from Hotels.com, I contacted the front desk and asked for my options because we didn't want to stay another night. I guess someone with a better room chec

It was close to my friends’ house, rooms were clean, the staff was nice and helpful.

You had to pay extra for the parking 20 each night. The shades in the window did not close for privacy we had to use hangers to close for light and privacy
