Situated in a residential area. Staff needs to be trained well to meet 4 star hotel expectations.

Main issue was the fact there is no air conditioning between November and April which was not mentioned during the booking process. This made the room very hot and uncomfortable. Other than that, room was clean and amenities (gym) was good

Room was clean though shower was unable to maintain the water temperature which is a small thing. It was nice and I enjoyed my stay! The food in the morning was good as well.

We had a nice stay my only problem which is not really a complaint, is the monotony of the breakfast buffet. « Wash, rince & repeat » ! lol

Abbiamo alloggiato 1 notte per un evento allo stadio Olimpico; sul sito c’era scritto che era Abbastanza vicino (un paio di km) invece la distanza è di circa 4 km nemmeno percorribili piedi perché la strad non ha marciapiedi e gli autobus non hanno una tratta per lo stadio . Colazione così così . Camere veramente vecchie . L’unica cosa passabile è la hall.

A fairly basic, functional hotel in a quiet area. Rooms are basic but. Lean. Quite noisy with thin walls, doors opening and closing etc. The Vatican area of Rome is easily reachable (2 stops) via train and the station is a short 5-8 min walk from the hotel. From the Vatican you can easily walk to the main sites of Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, Pantheon etc. Avoid the buses, they are never on time / rarely even turn up! So decent enough location for the city. Expedia suggested this hotel was good for the Olympic stadium. It is relatively close but no easy way there except for a pricey taxi - beware!

The staff were very helpful and the food was very nice the waiters were excellent.

The hotel is located far from center of Rome and the Vatican, but the area is safe and quiet. Service was excellent and the staff was very helpful. Cleanness was excellent. Breakfast was good and the restaurant offers good menu.

My experience in Hotel Zone was delightful, the personal gave us an outstanding service and they were very kindness.

People partying outside my room on first floor. They were right outside my window. Staff were loud in hallway. I was on 1st floor; too much noise.
