Lovely stay here. Pool entry is complimentary on your stay. The room was a good size, bedding was comfy. We were upgraded on the house also and got a lovely sea view.

Perfect location, very close to the beach and the pier. Friendly staff & nice breakfast. The pool was a great addition. Highly recommend

It was amazing family room and not so noisy. Breakfast was brilliant will come back and ask for same room. But they can update the furniture in the room have comfy chairs and improve in the pressure of the shower. But great location.

Very old and tired but right on the beachfront. Staff weren’t that helpful- had to sign a form to get a bottle of water frozen (needed it for after the marathon).

Room was very stuffy & humid also very dull and dated. Could do with major upgrade Breakfast was ok nothing special Swimming Pool was good I didn’t think it was very good value for the money and have had better for less at other hotels. Wont be staying again

Friendly front desk team. Considering our room overlooked a very busy club and pub, the noise was blocked out and we’d have never had known ( got up for a wee and the bathroom window wasn’t sound proofed to showed how good the room windows were at 3am!). Great location. Bathroom looked tired and in need of redecoration but the bedroom was clean, large and well decorated. Will come again.

We had an amazing few days in Brighton. The hotel was wonderful , our room was huge, spotless & the beds were very comfortable! The hotel is in a perfect location and we could walk to all tourist attractions. I would definitely recommend staying here

We had a brilliant time staying at this property. When we checked in our initial room wasn’t quite what we expected, we called reception and they promptly sorted this out giving us an amazing room. Absolutely fantastic staff and service. Will come back here again : )

We had a really good time apart from we didn’t realise that the GYM and SP wasn’t available it wasn’t clear when we booked.

Fabulous quirky hotel...my first choice when visiting Brighton. Super clean and well maintained. Elevator. Incredible breakfasts and varied dinner menu.ideal for the beach and pier, located at entrance to the Lanes

Honest Review At first, we were unsure about booking this hotel, as we only chose it due to a work conference and the fact that every other hotel was fully booked because of the bank holiday weekend. Queens Hotel was the only one with availability, so we decided to take a chance — and I’m so glad we did! The staff were absolutely amazing — attentive, polite, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The swimming pool, sauna, and steam room were fantastic, and breakfast was a solid 5 stars for me. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made a big difference. The only downside was that the room had mostly older plug sockets, with only a couple of newer ones available. Also, during the hot days, the room became quite warm, especially at night. It would really benefit from having air conditioning. Although there was a fan available, didn’t use it as of the sound Overall, a great stay and would definitely recommend — especially thanks to the brilliant staff and great facilities.

Lovely sea view room.

We had a fantastic night. The hotel is lovely, our room on the third floor was very clean, comfotable, spacious and well maintained, we had a seagul visitor at the window, lovely views of the sea and pier. We had breakfast the next morning, im gluten free and they were very helpful with what i could eat, most things except sausages. Staff were all friendly and helpful. I had a swim before we left, the pool was clean and very nice. Id definately come again and try the spa treatments.

Motel 6 accommodations, boutique hotel price. If you are just into historical hotels, this is for you. If you want modern day conveniences like an outlet next to your bed, more than 1 towel, toilet paper that’s not see through, this one ain’t for you to
