Very interesting layout but fairly easy to figure out. Part of the hotel is made from old row homes that they have connected and modernized to look like a modern hotel. The lobby smells wonderful! It’s very clean and so are the rooms. Beds are moderately comfortable. One nice amenity is free filtered water from a machine. A pitcher is provided in your room to fill from the machine which is located near the ice machine. The location is super convenient to almost anywhere you’d want to go and there are many great restaurants and parks nearby. Overall excellent impression and stay. I would stay here again!

Tout s'est bien déroulé. La chambre était propre et confortable. Cependant, le déjeuner style buffet au St-Hubert dans l'hôtel est trop cher pour ce qui est offert.

We stayed for 3 nights, room was clean, Chromecast was helpful. We arrived around 10am and were able to get into our room right away which was very much appreciated. Room lacked a few creature comforts (towel rack, lotion, etc). Rooms didn’t have phones so if you needed anything from the front desk you had to go down (ie. more Nespresso pods). Great location, close to things we wanted to see.

This hotel was a fantastic base of operations for our family in our visit to Quebec. It’s on the Grand Allée and is just outside of the ramparts of Old Quebec. We parked our car when we arrived and didn’t use it again until we left. You can walk everywhere from here. Highly recommend for a visit to Quebec.

The room couldn’t have been better. We were very comfortable each day of our stay. We were entertained by “Suzanne” and asked her to direct us to the commissary, which she did. She added a delightful surprise to our stay at the hotel. Also, when we informed the front desk that we needed more toilet tissue, they acted on our request immediately. When we mentioned that the water dispenser wasn’t working, the contacted a technician right away. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to visit Quebec.

The room was fine.. very quiet. There was a broken elevator for our entire 3 day stay so the working elevator was slow. We used the stairs a few times because it was quicker. We used the valet parking and our car was waiting for us, on time. Front desk personnel were very helpful and efficient. Location of the hotel was perfect. Other than the broken elevator.. it was a nice hotel.

Amazing location. Amenities should be better at that price range. Gym looked like it should be a towel closet. Our room had a loud AC or laundry sound at night it was very disruptive, maybe because we were on the 1st floor.

Upon arrival, a very well appointed hotel: modern, elegant, clean and friendly staff. We were able to access our room early which was nice. The room was clean and had all the amenities needed. Loved having the chrome cast service, made it easy to use our own streaming services. We used the outdoor hot tub, and was very clean. Restaurant on site St Hubert was good as well as a convenience store. Location is great and only a short walk to Old Quebec City/Chateau Le Frontenac. There is also the Governors Boardwalk that is close and such a lovely walk. Staff was wonderful the entire stay. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Château Laurier is a very well kept hotel. Very clean with all amenities. The rooms are spotless with a small safe to put all your belongings. There is also a Nespresso machine in the room with a few coffee capsules. The hotel is located in the old city and walking distance from all the Grande-Allée restaurants and Frontenac Castle. I enjoyed my stay.
