Lovely room, lovely setting and location, lovely staff, particularly the young lady who checked me out (sorry, didn’t get her name). And an ABSOLUTE bargain at the price. Felt a little more five star than four! No negatives- would 100% stay again!

A lovely room with oversight of the cathedral. A large comfortable and very well equipped room.

Good location. Parking available. Comfortable bed . Good bathroom. Clean. Breakfast NA. Could be improved with tea and coffee in the rooms and staff who are more engaging.

Gym was good and room was large and clean. The area around the hotel is beautiful.

Wonderful hotel with amazing location near the center of town. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Parking was a tiny bit confusing to find at first (accessed down an alley on the side of the building), but staff were very helpful with directions and it was secure and convenient right below the hotel. We absolutely loved our stay, wish we had stayed longer, and can’t wait to stay again!

Location offers an amazing view of the cathedral. Quiet area, away from main tourist area but close enough for an easy walk. Breakfast was wonderful and staff were very attentive and helpful.

A great hotel in lovely surroundings. All the staff are really friendly and eager to help. The lady working the bar obviously has many jobs as she kept disappearing but this did not prevent her providing wonderful service.

Fantastic hotel in a very quiet area, but only 5 minutes walk to the centre of the city. Salamanca is beautiful and this was a great place to stay to explore. The staff were friendly and really helpful. Parking was easy and great to be able to leave the car there while we explored on foot. The view of the cathedral from our room was absolutely stunning. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location, but rooms are slightly dated and has the feel of a university conference hotel, which I guess it is, but not necessarily somewhere I would stay again with my family.
