Very clean and close to shopping

Great clean hotel that was walkable to the soccer stadium. About .25mile with sidewalks. Easy check in and decent breakfast. Clean hotel and safe.

The hotel was currently under renovation, and the hotel staff gave us a room where workers were working, and the key didn't work for the 1st room, and then the room was not rentable. Had to go back to the front desk where staff gave us a different room, but that phone didn't work, nor was there a window curtain put on. Went back to the front desk since the phone wasn't working, didn't find another room, or they were not interested in moving us, as the front desk staff were too lazy to get out of their chair to serve the guests. Slept the whole night with lights coming from the window. Also, the bathroom tub was not draining, and it was dirty, which is not an IHG standard.

I enjoyed my stay. The people who work there are friendly and helpful. The pool was a great way to exercise.

Staff was wonderful, hotel was clean, beds were comfy.

Our experience at Holiday Inn Express was terrifying and traumatic. At approximately 11:30 pm, our room was broken into. A desk clerk mistakenly gave an access card to the previous night guest. The door was secured on the inside with the security latch. The inebriated man the broke that latch and came into the room. The phone was disconnected. I called front desk and was told the clerk made a mistake. I’m hearing impaired with severe heart problems. Traumatic to say the least.

We were very pleased with our stay.. The frontdesk staff was very nice.. Very clean hotel.. Nice breakfast. I would stay there again. I highly recommend you choosing the hotel..

It was wonderful and pleasant day where I did

When we checked in there was no water in the hotel. We couldn’t use the bathroom, wash our hands or anything like that. The bathroom had dry urine on the floor in front of the toilet. The evening desk clerk did not understand English very well and could not answer any questions we had. Otherwise, it had hot water in the shower immediately and the bed was very comfortable. The room, other than the bathroom, was very clean and nice.

Exterior lighting didn't work, breakfast bar was out of food and dirty tables, key cards didn't work to exterior door. Have stayed there several times and this is the worst condition the hotel has been in when we have stayed.

I was very disappointed that my handicapped father had to walk up 6 flights of stairs with 2 canes and assistance because the elevator broke and there were no other rooms to place him in

Comfortable beds, great location for shopping, friendly service.

Would stay again.

The stay was acceptable, however my Wife and I do smoke but we did outside. I was charged the $200 for smoking. Wasn't happy finding this charge.on my Bank account and no proof of smoking except the word of a cleaning staff
