The rooms are dirty, it is not comfortable. The hotel is well located and the buffet is excellent.

Older hotel, but very elegant, with great staff, and very ample rooms.

Needs to be updated, not what I expected

This hotel used to be nice, unfortunately maintenance is missing and the ladies ar lobby have bad attitude.

Room was fine, booked an extension that wasn’t communicated between Expedia and the property so I was woken up to walk downstairs to fix it since the customer support couldn’t communicate with the Spanish speaking staff, was locked out of my room for an hour and a half while they could figure out how to verify my extension, almost made me pay double for the extra staff. Was almost left behind by our scheduled transportation shuttle while having to prove I paid for the extension since I couldn’t access my clothes. It came down to me having to translate for Expedia customer support to explain to the hotel staff how to validate my extension, pretty stressful ordeal.

No iron in the room which was odd. Air conditioning wasn’t working but they got that resolved. Beautiful hotel. Great commercial location. Beautiful pool. Would stay again.

Not impressed. The rooms at the holiday in express are much better. Toilet seat was broken. Will not stay there again.

Everything was good. I didn’t like having to pay for breakfast at the table. Normally we would pay for breakfast at check-in or prior to that at the booking.

Nice property, but check-in is at 3:00 pm and we did not receive our room until 3:45 pm. There was no minibar, the A/C was difficult to operate, and it will go to freezing by itself, the TV remotes were not working. Water pressure was poor, and at times the water stopped completely while showering. The room showed deferred maintenance and did not feel elegant, needed several touchups. The front desk staff was attentive, but not particularly friendly. The floor is uneven where you step on to the laminated floor off the bathroom tile near the exterior sink, and I almost tripped twice. Did not enjoy our stay having to call for Housekeeping or maintenance every day.
