The room was great, but all the metal things in the bathroom was rusty. In general, it was a beautiful place to stay. I will come back.

In general everything is fine, the hotel is very big, and beautiful; The service is good and professional, but for some reason, when I entered here, I had a creepy feeling, maybe it was because of the lights, or the palace-style decoration style, which made me uncomfortable when sleeping.

Convenient for traveling and good service in every way.

My sons and I had a wonderful time here. The hotel is Chinese-decorated style, a little bit darker inside than outside. Cozy bedroom, comfortable swimming pool and friendly, helpful receptionists. Short distance to well-known places. Definitely consider staying again when visiting Chiangmai next time.

The atmosphere is well decorated, but the bathroom doesn't have a butt spray.

The hotel was Big, the room is clean and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately they don't have bidet and it make me a little uncomfortable. But overall is Good Hotel.

How bad is it? hail storm Causing the power to go out for almost 24 hours, there was no light. The room cannot turn on the air conditioner. But the lift is still available. The power plug in the room is still available.

Hotel quite a bit old but well clean and the rooms are so big. Staff were so nice and helpful. Breakfast was bit less option even though it ' s a buffet. But compared with the price we loved it!

Too much dust, blankets, pillows have a musty smell, should be cleaned a lot.
