The Staff of hotel is Very kind

The highlight of this hotel is the location & it 's scheduled airport transfer back & forth to Schiphol-not for long stay. When we arrive around 11pm, the elevator was broken so we have to carry bags to the 5th floor with steep stairway. And still not working the next morning and we have to bring down bags again. The breakfast is alright with selection of hams & cheese.

Not bad, but a bit spooky, and there are too many doors to access so it doesn't make it easy for people who carry a lot of suitcases.

Location nearby Schipol Airport, transfer airport to hotel every 30 minute is free, very nice, room is clean, excellent of wifi, a good staff, be kind, check in process was so fast, all of all that hotel was very good. Be nice to transit this hotel. Love this hotel, next will be in there again.

Room was dirty. They did not clean the room at all. They just put new towels every day, and that 's all. All reception staff is not friendly. Bad service. Definitely will not coming back in the future.

The room turned out to be quite spacious especially with us who after the eurotrip trip with big suitcases. quite relieved. To the hotel can take the shuttle and depart every 30 hours from both the Schipol and the hotel. Very suitable for those of us who want to stay one night because of catching the plane the next morning. And the hotel location is near McD! very good to be recommended.

Staff not friendly since we came. Cannot give dispensation because there is a third child. Even though 3 days ago we were able to enter a family (parents and 3 children). Today we were told to add a new room. So that the budget added a million. It's best to look for a hotel that has a family room so it doesn't look like it was popped in the beginning because they are tricky. There are two small elevators and not enough four of them making it less comfortable.

you get what you pay... plus point: shuttle bus to the airport per 30 minutes, room is large, mcD about 50 meters away, minus point: room kind of old and it LL be nicer if the receptionist smiles more :)
