The room and people were very good. I would suggest installing a ramp at the entrance for luggage and people in wheelchairs.

You would think that after staying with them over 13 nites they would value me and accommodate me another emergency nite nite for the same price as a curtesy , but no way , they wanted me to pay triple ! Bad customer service !

Overall good experience... no issues. The only unfortunate thing was that our unit was on the first floor making it necessary to have the drapes closed as the facing buildings across the street are quite close. Would recommend higher floors for best experience. All staff were VERY good! Gracias!

The rooms are a mix of nice and very basic. Certainly not the star level that the place claims to be. The bed was comfortable but didn’t have a top sheet. The bottom sheet didn’t stay tucked in. The coffee packet was of poor quality. I looked at the breakfast buffet option and passed for the lack of quality. The windows are clouded dirty and the HVAC was very noisy although it did control the temp if you could sleep through the noise. Would not return or recommend.

Clean property and well located. The room space was great. A little bit noisy location (mostly on Fridays and weekends because the noise that comes from the street). The property is in good shape but has some signals of aging. The breakfast does not have much freshness and variety but is good enough. Good value for the price.

The room when i arrived wasn’t clean, the sheets where stained with blood, and other blue stains. The wifi wasn’t good, it had a weak signal in the room. The gym was closed, and that was one of the reasons i booked it , so its false advertising for customers. The room curtains were not blackout, so the night lights on the street were in front of the bed. Overall it wasn’t worth the price i had to pay for it at all, i dont recommend the stay

Good place to stay

Unfortunately I had my Lululemon pants stolen. Brand new, they disappeared from my luggage. Very disappointed, everything went well until I realized this happened and nobody could help!

Property can use some serious upkeep. The floorboards in my room were loose and chipped, the toilet leaked where it came out of the wall. Staff was excellent and let me check in early but would think twice about staying again until some changes are made.
