The pool was gross and peeling and there were empty liquor bottles on the deck. The room they gave us had a jammed door, so we went to a different room. The keys didn't work unless you swiped it 5+ times. We ended up checking out early and staying somewhere else.

this hotel is absolutely disgusting it’s not kept in good condition, the shower had debris all over it and the pillows were like rocks, they charge you for parking and do not guarantee you a parking spot I would not recommend you stay here.

The bed was very comfortable, but I wish I had a full pillow, rather than just a cousin to share the bed with. The staff was very nice, and we got a breakfast to go because are flight was at 6:00 am, and the breakfast was very good. The pool is small, but the water is hot, so we really enjoyed.

The enclosed indoor pool room smelled really “moldy”. Water was not moving and the whole room was dark There was no meat option in the much awaited “highly rated breakfast “. Very disappointing

Part of it is undergoing renovation, so I had to walk around to find my room without much explanation, but my biggest problem was that I had to pay for a parking space, and it's first come, first served. A lot of things need to be rethought at this establishment

The hotel needs renovation, I had wasted my time and money in this hotel. It was very dirty and had bad smell. Sinks were so dirty, I had to move out immediately from there.i do not recommend to stay there. Don’t waste your money.

Overall terrible. And their staff were nearly as frustrated for guests as I was. I arrived and checked in on Wednesday at around 10.30pm with the intention of checking out on Saturday. On Thursday morning at around 8am when I was ready to head out for my meeting, my car had been tampered with. I reported it and the receptionist came to look at it with me and they decided to check the cameras. The shocking thing was that they were not as surprised and I asked the lady if it’s a rough neighborhood and her response was yes. I got a voucher to go park within the premises of a nearby Marriott hotel which I paid for. On Friday morning, I was ready to take my shower and head out to start a meeting at 8.30am. There was no hot water to have a shower. I called the receptionist and she told me a maintenance worker was coming up. After 30 minutes I came down and the worker had not even showed up at work. I asked if she could give me another room to take my shower and she said the problem was the entire hotel, the five-storey hotel had no hot water. I didn’t know what to do but to pack my belongings from the hotel and head out. I couldn’t go for my meeting not having taken my shower and couldn’t check into another hotel in the morning. I had to leave the city altogether, abandoning my mission for the trip. So yes, it was that terrible. Now I have to find a solution to the problem with my car caused over there.

The room was good, staff were friendly and nice, amenities were there for us. Was located in a decent area where things are in distance of walking. Only issues was the parking, there was limited spots. The walls in the rooms were very thin and you could hear everything going on during the night and day from people next door to people entering through stairwells and elevators. The renovations at 8am in the morning as well… did not get any notice that they would be starting that early and interrupted our sleep when we had a late night out. Overall was an okay experience.

The hotel and our room were a 2 star at best, it was a mission to simply find our room. We had to walk through the stairwell, down half a flight of stairs into a separate area that felt like a dungeon. We had second thoughts of even entering the room. I wish the front desk explained the location of our room, especially when we had a trolly full of luggage which we had to unload in the middle of a stairwell bc our room was on floor 2.5 and not 3! Trust me, pay the extra few bucks and stay somewhere else. Breakfast and hotel staff were nice.

Le lit est très inconfortable et haut je mesure 5p3 et je devais sauter pour aller dans le lit. La salle de bain la toilette tu ne savais jamais si elle etais ou tomber ou non tellement sa bougais, la douche a ete refait (tuille) mes très mal fait et le pomeau de douche giclais de partout. La télé ne fonctionnais pas car setais encore un cable coaxiale qui etais tres vieux et qui ne fessais que gler limage sans compter que la tv etais tres colante. ... je pourais continuer mes je croie que ceci serais a regler en priorité
