Clean, a good place to stay

The bathroom has visible dirt in corners. Damaged ceiling over shower about 1/2 in gap. fan motor loud in the room. deck around hot tub dirty. desk were pleasant but said they could not change my room. We would have checkef out. but policy allows them a fee, which incidentally 300 $ we were paying. per night. this hotel is old and wornout. Not what it used to be.

Located in the heart of town, this is an easy place to stay.

This is always a nice stay in Saint George Utah.

We have stayed at this location many times. We enjoy the hot tub and the fact we can bring our dog. Everything was great. My only complaint would be that the bedroom floor was very dirty upon arrival.

Every staff member that we met were friendly and helpful! Our rooms were great. They were clean and beds were very comfortable.

Super nice hotel in a great area..

Beds were hard. We stayed 3 nights and they didn't clean our room once. Left towels for us one time. Gym was tiny and pathetic. Hot tub dirty and not hot. Bedroom door between living and bedroom would lock automatically. Breakfast was good.

Loud. Kids in the hall bring kids until late into the night. Won’t stay here again.

This was an excellent place to stay. The beds were comfortable, the room clean and the breakfast was the best I have ever experienced. We were going out to breakfast but my husband said he would rather eat there. I will now look for Best Western Plus places to stay.

Breakfast Omelettes

We were very pleased with the accommodations and the room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing that I didn't care for was a strong smell of deodorizer in the common areas. It smelled like very strong dryer sheets. Thankfully our room didn't have the strong scent. Good breakfast and would recommend this hotel.

The staff was very friendly throughout my two day stay; the accommodations were very comfortable and accessible; the breakfast is fabulous; these items have been very common in our past stays (my wife and I), so the Abbey Inn will be our first choice when we stay in St. George.
