Break fast good but hotel needs little bit remodeling

Staff were very helpful, especially for seniors.

The breakfast was amazing! Hotel was easy to find, and convenient. Nathan was at the front desk and was very pleasant. I would stay here again.

I only spent one night so didn’t really avail myself of a lot of services. The bed was great. Room was clean, quiet, everything worked, breakfast was good. Check in was great —- friendly, answered questions Check out was better — friendly, suggested a side trip based on where I was going.

Terrible condition, dirty carpets, dirty linen, dirty walls, outside doors did not work with room keys, stank like cigarettes bade in the no smoking room, dingy lighting

Very disappointed from the moment I stepped in the lobby and the musty smell hit me. The bathroom shower ceiling was peeling, the grout had mildew everywhere and there was absolutely no hot water in the sink, yet there was in the tub! Makes no sense!

It was very close to the library and downtown. The elevators need sweeping.

Water took way too long to get hot. There wasn’t enough toilet paper.

The hotel was updated and clean and breakfast was good but I hate when they advertise a pool and pool not available for use

The staff were very accommodating, courteous and professional. Josh and Ashley and the night clerk were very helpful. When we told them we were moving to the area Josh was happy to let us know what was in our surroundings, shops etc. Many thanks to the staff at the Best Western in Watertown!

all amenities are shut down, elevator doesn't work, and the chair in the room was unusable. property mgr cannot even order new chairs to replace the unworkable chair. Until the company actually does re-invest in the place, Best Western Watertown in the downtown area is a rip-off at most any price, to say nothing of rates that were comparable to those at the hotels near I-81.

Very dirty, smelly thought out the place. We couldn't stay there with our kids. Youngters laughing and looked drunk and loud going behind the reception area. The receptionist was nice and kept apologizing, he said he was new and didnt know how to handle the situation he looked lost.

This hotel is clean and in a good location, in the midst of downtown.

The pool was closed the dining room was also closed due to repairs. The tables were all squeezed into a corner in the lobby. The food was in a different room. The breakfast was the same thing all three day I stayed. Coffee was terrible and rooms need more lighting. Doors into the hotel unlocked at all times, anyone can walk in. Water pressure in the shower was wonderful best part was shower time!
