The check in staff was fantastic - I was alone with 3 young kids and she was extremely accommodating, even offered late checkout without me asking. The kids really enjoyed the pool and slide. The hotel is undergoing renovations/upgrades it seems, which will improve the aesthetic. But regardless the service was great!
