Very surprised waking up on Saturday morning to a huge farmers market, that was a nice treat and surprise! The pool area could’ve been more taken care of. And maybe monitor some of those children just run wild I know that’s not the Hotels issue but maybe someone needs to keep reminding these parents to stop them running up and down the stairs and around and around at times.

The warmest pool I have ever swam in. My kids enjoyed it.

The hotel is run down. The bed needs to be replaced.

we only spent one night while traveling but our room was quiet. easy in and out.

Hotel was pretty outdated, smelled musty, & felt dirty. Original room was supposed to have a queen bed and sofa, instead it had a ginormous dresser, ginormous desk, a very old full-sized refrigerator and creepy old stove. No sofa. Thankfully the desk staff upgraded us to a two queen room. The swim area was large, but there were about 15 young kids constantly jumping in and out of the hot tub, the pool and the children's pool in large groups. When we checked in the desk clerk said that the $50 hold would be released as soon as we checked out but when I called later in the day I was told it will be about 3 or 4 days.

For the price, I guess I expected more. The staff was friendly, the building looked it hadn’t been updated since it was built. Chipping paint, dim, dirt around the edges of bathroom…just old. The entrance was uninviting. It was a struggle to get the luggage cart in as the doors were not automatic. The “game” room was nothing like the picture shown. The pool area was good except the hot tub water actually looked dirty and there was a lack of pool towels. There was not enough parking for the amount of people staying there. I chose this hotel for my stay because it was convenient to my event I was coming for and I paid more money because of that but definitely less quality.

Lobby was dark and unwelcoming. They didn’t have the first floor room we reserved. Our door didn’t lock easily and safe was locked before we arrived, causing delay. Bathroom drain slow.

Pool to close to the rooms

Our room was really nice. The area was fine. We had no issues with the area. However, we got a nice wake up call at 6 am by the front desk. The previous person set one up and they didn’t cancel it. Only two towels were provided for two people. He of us had long hair. We need three towels. Lastly, the shower drain and sink draining was a huge issue. After one showered the bathtub completely clogged up. It took 45 mins to drain. Kind of gross when we each wanted to shower after the other. I let the front desk know about the ) am wake up call and drainage issues. His response was mmmkay. Didn’t care. I highly don’t reccomend anyone stay in room 245 until it’s cleared. Gross!

Was not as nice as reviews had said. Cleanliness was ok but just overall a run down place that has been remodeled in some areas (floor etc). Doors are very old and you can hear everyone in the hallway.

Great breakfast. Very nice accommodations. Staff was wonderful. Loved pool time and Whirlpool. Great location and by Fox River and beautiful river walk. Metro Bus Line a major plus.

Great deal for a decent stay

The toilet didn’t flush and the room was unclean. They said there would be no house keeping but then I had folded bath towels but yet my bed was left unmade. Do not stay here.

Great value for the money. This was the end of a 2 week road trip and it was probably the best room we stayed in and definitely the best price. The breakfast was solid and the pool area was a superstar! Both the pool and hot tub were the perfect temperatures and there was even a kiddie pool for the 4 year old.
