I had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The entire property was spotlessly clean—you could tell that cleanliness and attention to detail are a top priority here. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and every staff member I interacted with was kind, professional, and truly committed to great service. I want to give a special shout-out to Karan, Kevin, and Jailyn—they were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Their friendliness and dedication really made my stay feel extra special. If you’re looking for a hotel that’s clean, comfortable, and staffed by genuinely amazing people, look no further. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

1 night stay, staff was friendly, room was nice and clean, cold(great for Florida), pool clean, breakfast not so great but coffee was good 😊 close to music venue.

Friendly staff and nice property

When we first arrived I was a little worried about staying there because of the vibe it was giving off. Once we got to the room I was a little more at ease. This hotel has some newer updates but for example the room doors, bathroom was hard to close and needed painting, the tubs faucets had rust, but if I had to do it again I would. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. For the price it’s doable, but if you are expecting a diamond in the rough this isn’t it. The price makes this room worth it. Any higher and I would say stay somewhere else.

The room was on the first floor. It was dirty, mold on the ceiling, and even cockroaches.

I’m sorry guys room full of cockroaches, bathroom, around the fridge area, a disaster. I won’t come back.

Check in was good once you found the lobby.. the front was closed with no signs where to go. Rented 2 rooms..101 smell of mold and mildew with obvious water damage on the floors and bottom of walls.( Should never be used) Room 111 smelled nice, but the shower had mold and mildew all around it and the floor. The beds are terrible and make noise every time to turn over ..not to mention the AC raddles and raddles and raddles. Check in guy was nice, but wouldn't stay here again.

They should improve the cleanliness of the hotel's exterior.

Rooms are clean and it is good location from cruise ports.

Had a nice time , friendly staff , yummy biscuits and gravy for breakfast. The pool was fun .
