Good location with restaurant on site, limited space for parking a vehicle with a trailer

Our door to our room was wide open when we arrived at our room after check in. The entry way has clumps of mud…very dirty.

Very old building, reviews didn’t match the condition. Didn’t get the room I booked, there was a bar fight in the lounge, blood all over that wasn’t cleaned up when we went to try and eat. Vomit by our car in the morning. Obviously a party spot for the bad side of town.

Overall a decent place to stay. Nice restaurant, nice lounge. Breakfast is not included in the price... they have a breakfast buffet for 11.99 or you can order off the menu (except Sunday). Buffet has a wide variety of food options. Windows could use a good cleaning. Shower water pressure could knock a small child down (a plus in my book!!). Coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave in room.pool could use a facelift/upgrade byt, definitely usable. Hot tub was ok.

We liked our stay and will stay again when in Gillette. Staff was great.

The two things I look for in a hotel are breakfast and a fitness center. This hotel advertises both, but is very misleading. We traveled here with a group of athletes and multiple families contacted the hotel prior to our arrival to make sure these things would be available for our stay. However once we arrived they informed us breakfast would be an additional $12 a person, making each room $50 more a day on top of the previous price. The hotel is clean, but extremely dated and run down, barely worth the original price, not even close to what the breakfast cost would add. On top of that, the breakfast was not even available at all before we had to leave on any of our three mornings. We had to go to a grocery store and prepare meals. The fitness center is also closed and locked before 7am which rendered it unusable for most of our party. As someone who stays in this town many times a year, there are MUCH nicer places for much less. Walls are paper thin, we could hear word for word conversations on both sides of our room. The coffee in the lobby was always empty and the hot water was cold. The front desk staff were not friendly. Overall a terrible stay.

AWFUL service. Everyone we came in contact was rude, not helpful. We were locked out of our room 4 times during our visit. Acted put out when I needed the key reprogrammed. My room was not restocked with coffee when asked. Then went to the front area to get coffee and both were out. Absolutely not worth the money.

The building appeared to be very old, we replaced in a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke and requested to move to a different room. They transferred us to a room by housekeeping, and the staff had their personal children there and were extremely loud. The overall hotel looked dirty and would never return to this hotel again.

The breakfast is not included. The heat in the room is very slow to respond. I checked in at 10pm and turned the heat from 62 up to 70 the room didn’t get warmed up until 4am.

When checking in found out that the room I had reserved which was 2 queen beds had been given away and they only had a king room and we had 4 people in our group. The only thing the reception girl would stay was sorry not much else we can do this is the only room available. Then our room was next to the maids room and they had Mexican music blaring at 6:00 in the morning when called to the front desk to complain was told they would take care of but never did.

Rooms clean, front desk staff very helpful and friendly, arrived late and entrances hard to find.

It was a nice hotel in a convenient location. Our room was clean and comfortable and I slept really well. Bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again

These people know there stuff. Clean, quiet, efficient no nonsense check in, and HOT shower with great pressure
